STEP TWO: Complete your online forms
After you schedule and pay for your lie detector test, you will then need to submit your case details for us to review via your online forms. Links to these online, HIPAA compliant forms can be found right here on this website. We will also email you links to the forms after you schedule your appointment. Each form is due no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. These forms are mandatory and must be completed in detail.

STEP THREE: Prepare
The Subject must not have any DRUGS OR ALCOHOL of any kind or in any amount for a minimum of 24 HOURS PRIOR to the Exam. In addition, get a good night sleep the night before your exam.
Day Care
Kids of any age are not permitted within our facility. If you have small children, please ensure you have day care arrangements in advance.
Map it Out
DMV area traffic is unpredictable so ensure you map out the route to include traffic. We are located at 650 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early
Upon arrival, ensure your cell phone is powered off, you have an ID ready and have a seat in the meeting room.
Important Details:
A maximum of two adults are permitted to attend each appointment to include the Subject.
Wear or bring with you a short sleeved shirt and glasses if you wear glasses.
All cell phones will be required to be completely powered off.
No weapons of any kind are permitted.
No Drugs/Alcohol 48 hours prior.
Be well rested.
Be on time.
We schedule back to back appointments so it is critically important that you arrive in a timely manner. We cannot disrupt other clients services due to excessively late arrivals. Out of respect to all of our clients, those that fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time will have their appointment cancelled without refund. Be safe and arrive a minimum 15 minutes early.
STEP FOUR: Testing & Results
On the day of the exam, we’ll ask you some qualifying questions to ensure you are suitable for testing. Next, we’ll chat about your situation to gain a better understanding of what is going on. We will then go over the proposed relevant questions to be asked on the polygraph. All relevant questions will be reviewed and approved by you before the exam. There are no surprise questions on a polygraph. There will be a maximum of four relevant questions on a polygraph and one specific topic on an EyeDetect. After you approve the questions, we’ll conduct the lie detector test. Unlike what you see on TV, we ask the questions multiple times to collect baseline data and eliminate stress responses. Once you are done with the test, you will depart. Your results will be sent to you via email in a written report the same day you test. Most people get their results within a couple hours of testing.
